1. No Refunds After Purchase
Once a course, consultation, or event is purchased, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. We offer thorough details on all offerings, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review these before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions to Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment: If you mistakenly make a duplicate payment for the same service, we will process a refund for the excess payment.
Technical Errors: In case of technical issues on our end that prevent access to purchased materials or services, we will work with you to resolve the issue or offer an alternative.
3. Course/Event Cancellation by Oneness Journey
In the rare event that Oneness Journey cancels or postpones a course, event, or consultation:

You will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your payment to a future course or event of equal value.
For rescheduled events, no refunds will be given if you are unable to attend the new date, but course credit may be applied to another offering.
4. Transfer of Course Enrollment
If you are unable to attend a live course or event, you may request a transfer to another upcoming session. This is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the event.
Transfers are only available once per enrollment and are non-refundable.
5. Subscription and Membership Cancellation
For any subscription or membership services:

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds will be given for unused portions of your subscription period.
Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle.
